The SPX8-X60 has a low profile design for space saving cabinet installation and is one of the standard configurations of the sensorProbeX . There are 8 sensor ports compatible with any AKCP sensor and 60 dry contact inputs.

It is equipped with Ethernet, Modbus RS485, and has Expansion (EXP) and BEB (Basic Expansion Bus) communications. BEB is good for short distance expansion such as within the same cabinet or a nearby cabinet. The EXP works over a longer distance with up to 300 meters between each device. There is an internal buzzer for audible alerts, and notifications can be sent through SNMP and email.

As a Modbus gateway, the SPX8-X60 can be used as master or a slave. Connect with a generator engine to get remote monitoring capabilities.
